This 350,000 sf acute care facility is a seven story building over a one story basement, and has 168 beds and a rehabilitation center.  To support the rehabilitation center, the project included an adjacent therapy pool building constructed of architectural concrete with a green roof.   These two buildings are fit into the existing SCVMC campus, and involved extensive shoring of adjacent acute care facilities in order to construct the basement.
